Let's have a close-up look at our beautiful Lowden F-32. Handmade in Downpatrick, Northern Ireland, the 'F' or Flatpicking model is part of the famous original series designed in 1982. Redesigned in 2003, the smaller sound box shape produces more projection and mid-range than the bigger 'O' model. A perfect guitar for flatpickers, the F-32 has also found it's way into the hands of finger-style players, blues guitarists and others. This model has the classic tonewood combination of Sitka spruce and Indian Rosewood. A close look at this instrument reveals Lowden's exceptional standard of craftmanship. Comes in a Lowden branded Hiscox flight case.

To celebrate their 70th anniversary last year, Maton introduced a fantastic new guitar. Built from all-solid Spruce/Blackwood tonewoods, the 70th Anniversary model is available in both a dreadnought and 808 body shape. Other features include Rosewood binding, herringbone trim, a gloss top and a Hiscox flight case.

The good news is that due to great popularity, this model is set to remain in production for some time. We can't rave about these guitars enough. They are definitely one of the best sounding models that Maton currently offer with a lovely depth and plenty of top-end sparkle. A must hear!

Pictured is the '70th Anniversary Dreadnought' for $2,695.
