Introduced in 2006, the GS is an original design from top to bottom — and the first new Taylor shape in over a decade. It was a hit right out of the gate. Expect acoustic power with every note. Deep piano-like bass, rich mids, clear balanced highs and plenty of volume. It’s a whole new flavor of Taylor tone.

	Taylor 2011 Fall LTD The GS Mahogany-LTD showcases a limited reserve (75 sets) of beautifully flamed mahogany that was harvested from hurricane blowdown. It also has Taylor's premium beveled ebony armrest. Unique appointments include an abstract "Twist" inlay design from Taylor's Larry Breedlove, which spirals and wraps between the 7th and 12th frets. Another premium touch on the Sitka spruce top is Adirondack spruce bracing, whose extra elasticity pairs with Taylor's CV bracing pattern to add an incredible depth of tone to a stunning instrument!!!!! 	Taylor GS6 ES The GS range are a newer body shape and a totally new sound for Taylor. The low mids are further forward and the bottom end is big. 	Taylor GS 7 ES This guitar is beautiful. It has the now famous GS bottom end response and thick mid range. The Cedar really lends itself to a much warmer tone and a more "played in" feel.
