Sometimes a guitar arrives in the store that melts your heart. Working here can often be a little bit heart breaking for that reason. Our customer of the day is James sitting here with his new Martin OM42. He played one a year ago and it was love at first strum. It is always a beautiful experience to introduce someone to their new guitar that they have been waiting on for long time. We know that James and his guitar are at the start of a long musical journey together. Congratulations mate, enjoy every moment!
