This stunning custom shop Maton 'Flatpicker' just arrived at the shop today and it has blown us all away. We've seen a lot of great custom shop Matons come through the store but this is something else.
Built from all-solid genuine Mahogany and AAA-Grade Sitka Spruce, this classic dreadnought has been handmade the traditional way much like the great Martin, Santa Cruz and Collings guitars. It is beautifully set off with a bound fretboard, Herringbone rosette and binding. Light as a feather and designed purely with acoustic tone in mind, this model doesn't have a pickup at this stage but it can be added later.
If you're chasing that dream, once-in-a-lifetime acoustic to grow old with, this guitar is a must see. Just gorgeous!
$4,999 including a Maton branded Hiscox flight case.
Our customer of the day is Katherine Tsoucalas. Everybody please welcome Katherine to the guitar playing fraternity as she has just bought her first one. Katherine is a teacher. Some of the other teachers at her school are learning the guitar and Katherine has always wanted to play so she's going to start learning too. This morning she came in and snapped up this great little Sigma 000MC-15E. Congratulations Katherine...all the best!
