Fender American Acoustasonic Jazzmaster 'Tungsten' Acoustic Electric Guitar

Ships from our warehouse. No store pickup available for this item.

Building on the Jazzmaster's historic relationship with forward-thinking music-making, its entry to the Acoustasonic range attempts to further push these boundaries, offering up a series of pristine cleans and electric tones alongside Fender feel and playability.

Just like the Acoustasonic Strats and Teles you've seen 5 voicings. There are two knobs and a five-position selector switch like you would find on a Telecaster or a Stratocaster. Each voicing has a totally different sound from a rich buttery acoustic to a clean classic electric Telecaster. When plugged into a suitable amplifier, this is when the magic begins. The five sounds of the various types of acoustics this Acoustasonic emulates combined with blends for hybrid electric sounds take the player to totally unexplored places.

If you're a performer, you can reduce the need to bring both an electric and a bulky acoustic to the gig with you. The added benefit of reduced acoustic feedback issues add to the list of attractive features. If the above sounds enticing then your not alone, this might very well be the guitar for you.

The American Acoustasonic Jazzmaster represents the next phase of purposeful innovation that drives Fender acoustic guitars. The power of the Fender and Fishman®-designed Acoustic Engine is sure to deliver true inspiration. From acoustic shapeshifting to electric rhythm tones, this extremely versatile guitar opens a new door to discovering endless sonic possibilities.

We endeavour to show the actual instrument in stock whenever possible, but the guitar in stock may differ slightly from the one shown on our website. Materials used can look different from guitar to guitar, including timber grain and colour, parts colours and finishing. If an instrument is a one-of-a-kind or preowned guitar, the picture will always be of the actual guitar in stock, but production models may have slight variations to the picture shown.

If you're after a particular look, feel free to email us at info@acousticcentre.com.au or send us a message through our chat service to request photos of the actual guitar in stock. We are more than happy to send through pictures of all in-stock guitars, to make your choice easier.

Please note that returns will not be accepted for variations in timber grain /  colouring, finish variations and parts colouring, unless there is a fault with the instrument. If you have any questions at all regarding an instrument's appearance, just drop us a line - we're always happy to send photos, and if we have more than one instrument in stock you'll be able to choose the exact guitar that you receive!
