The Maton Custom Shop Classic is Andy Allen's Custom Shop take on an acoustic guitar standard. The 000 or OM (Orchestra Model) body shape has been an icon for all acoustic guitar makers for decades now. Utilising the timbers that are most recognised in the style, he developed the CS Classic with a mix of AAA Grade European Spruce for the soundboard and Indian Rosewood for the back and sides. After extensive testing tonally and geometrically, Andy settled upon a forward shifted X brace pattern to bring the rich bottom end from the guitar whilst maintaining an earthy midrange and the classic Maton glassy highs. It is not only the balance of tonality that he is proud of, but the projection, clarity, and volume that this shape captures so well. Truly a classic shape.

Acoustic Centre offers free Australia-wide shipping on all accessory orders (excluding bulky items including amplifiers and cases) over $50, and free courier shipping with tracking on all instruments and amplifiers over $599, and cases over $299. We also offer Express shipping options at checkout.
Occasionally due to issues with delivering to remote or unusual destinations, we aren't able to offer free postage. We reserve the right to retract the offer if freight costs exceed 15% of your purchase. We will always notify you if there is an issue and offer a full refund or arrange alternative delivery options.
All strings and accessories will be shipped with tracking via courier or Australia Post. Other items including guitars and amplification equipment will be shipped using our courier service providers, with a tracking number and signature on delivery.
