The DSL Mandolin Strap has been specially designed taking into consideration the body contours of various mandolin styles and the playing techniques unique to the instrument. The classic pad-and-tail design allows for precise positioning of the instrument. The special width tails are designed to support the instrument without interfering with your fretting or picking hand. The suede backed pad sits firmly on your shoulder and allows freedom of movement.
The rear tail is punched for a standard strap pin, while the front tail is a slotted loop designed for fastening over-and-under the fingerboard extension (if applicable) or behind the nut.
Each strap is handmade in Australia from hand-sourced highest quality leather. The top of the pad is made from tough but supple medium weight leather, while the backing is extra soft and comfortable full-grain garment quality leather. Tails are made from medium-weight leather. Length is adjustable with a vintage style high-quality steel buckle.
Acoustic Centre offers free shipping on all new items to most locations within Australia on all orders over $99, excluding Western Australia, Northern Territory and Far North Queensland. Used items have a flat rate shipping fee of $59 within our usual shipping locations. We also offer competitive Express shipping options at checkout.
Customers located in Western Australia, Northern Territory and Far North Queensland recieve free shipping on all accessory orders over $99, but will incur a flat rate instrument or large item shipping charge of $179 (or $299 for Express shipping).
Occasionally due to issues with delivering to remote or unusual destinations, we aren't able to offer free postage. We reserve the right to retract the offer if freight costs exceed 15% of your purchase. We will always notify you if there is an issue and offer a full refund or arrange alternative delivery options.
All strings and accessories will be shipped with tracking via courier or Australia Post. Other items including guitars and amplification equipment will be shipped using our courier service providers, with a tracking number and signature on delivery.

AustraliaThe following is coloured by my inexperience and in no way reflects upon Acoustic Centre. Good quality leather. Shoulder pad pretty useless. Care needs to be taken because the strap detaches from the end-pin and has done so three or four times, while seated, happily.
