COLLINGS D1M CUSTOM MAHOGANY TOP
The square-shouldered 14-fret dreadnought is the most popular steel-string acoustic guitar body shape in the world. While Collings is certainly not the only company to build them, we bring a new tonal clarity to the depth and warmth usually associated with such a large, deep-bodied guitar. Although its bass response makes the dreadnought ideal for vocal accompaniment, Collings versions are also often employed by bluegrass flatpickers who must compete with inherently louder instruments such as banjos and fiddles. The wide range of woods and neck sizes offered allow dreadnought fans to find a Collings model ideally suited to their playing style and tonal preference. This model comes with an all Mahogany timber combination, Pre-war scalloped bracing, High gloss nitrocellulose lacquer finish, ebony fingerboard with ebony belly-style bridge with mother of pearl dot fingerboard inlays, and Nickel Waverly tuners with 16:1 ratio. This fine instrument comes with a Collings hardshell case by TKL.
This is a fine example of the iconic Martin D-28. This guitar is approximately three years old and only has some very slight play wear. Comes with original plastic moulded Martin branded hard case.View full product details

Taylor K-26ce KOA SERIES
Hawaiian koa’s captivating beauty is matched by a tone that blossoms over time, especially in the midrange. Its voice is bright and focused, with warm overtones that slowly emerge, adding sweetness and depth. Premium all-wood appointments, led by the Island Vine fretboard inlay, celebrate the wood’s natural appeal.
The Taylor Koa Series represents some of Taylor's most stunning and dramatic tonewoods. Growing at altitude on it's native Hawaii, the peaceful tranquility and earthy nature of the Islands comes through in the presentation of this guitar. The tone is far more intimate then the comparitive volume and projection found in traditional tone woods and it is when under the keen eye of a studio microphone that the true beauty and colour of this timber sprouts to life. The subtle nuance of Koa is a 'slow burner' as the captivating tone opens up more and more over time, delivering mid range punch, beautiful depth and sweetness that can only be found in this rare tonewood.
the GS body sound is clear and responsive, from fast picking runs to a a light fingerstyle touch, so if you’re a dynamic player, this shape is a true contender. And the big voice doesn’t come at the expense of balance. The piano-like bass, meaty midrange, and thick, shimmering highs blend seamlessly. These traits also make the GS a great vehicle for 12-Strings. If you like a lush, potent guitar tone that has the horsepower to compete with other acoustic cannons out there, the GS shape is a worthy choice.View full product details
