Fenech D78 Traditional Acoustic Electric Guitar

Introducing the Fenech D78 Traditional Acoustic Electric Guitar, a masterpiece that combines understated aesthetics with timeless tone. The Traditional Series pays homage to the iconic 14-fret dreadnought body shape, which has captivated musicians worldwide since its introduction in 1916. Named after the HMS Dreadnought, a British warship, this guitar was designed to provide a larger, more powerful sound compared to its predecessors.

Building on a century of guitar-making expertise, Fenech set out to enhance the tone, playability, and aesthetics of the dreadnought design. The result is the modernized D-78 dreadnought body shape, featuring advancements in soundboard bracing and material selection. Crafted with AAA Sitka Spruce for the top and AAA Indian Rosewood for the back and sides, this instrument delivers the legendary pre-war dreadnought sound with remarkable clarity, resonance, and responsiveness. Its harmonics are sublime, and the headroom seems endless.
