Hiroshi Tamura Model P30 Preowned 1968

This guitar was made in 1968 by Hiroshi Tamura, one of the best luthiers in Japanese history. Just like many other famous Japanese luthiers of that era, Hiroshi and Mitsuru Tamura have learned their craft during their stay in Spain in the late 1950s. Although both brothers were equally skilled, it was Hiroshi who has gathered more international and domestic rewards. Because his guitars were so similar to the famed Jose Ramirez guitars of the time, Hiroshi earned the nickname “Tamirez” 

This is a very high-grade instrument, based on the Ramirez blueprint. Built with Ramirez style bracing, 664mm scale and 54mm nut, it sound truly Spanish; warm, gentle, and very responsive. it features a solid Cedar top with a gorgeous set of premium Indian Rosewood for teh back-and-sides. This is a truly fantastic sounding instrument!

This 1968 model has a few dings and marks as you'd expect from a guitar of it's age, but is structurally sound and plays fantastically. Includes hardshell case.

All strings and accessories will be shipped using Australia Express Post with tracking. Other items including guitars and amplification equipment will be shipped using our courier service providers, with a tracking number and signature on delivery. Deliveries to most major capital cities are usually within 2 - 4 business days, and regional areas and WA deliveries are usually within 8 working days.

The Acoustic Centre is located at 206 Park St. South Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. We ship daily at 2pm (Monday to Friday) excluding Victorian public holidays. You are welcome to pick your order up instore, but we will require photo identification to ensure against fraud.
