prized. From the hand-rubbed satin finish to the book-matched all-solid tonewoods and all wood bindings and purflings, the guitar exudes a timeless quality.
The S-34 has a body shape that is ideal for finger-picking, and combines Koa back and sides with a Sitka spruce top for a sublime tonal experience. Koa is a comparatively lighter tonewood which allows for excellent responsiveness to gentle playing, while the Sitka Spruce top provides excellent projection and clarity. Together, these tonewoods allow the player to express their musicality with nuance and dynamism. Notable is the Dolphin profile bracing developed by Lowden for truly impressive sustain, allowing chords to truly blossom. With a five-piece neck, ebony tuners and a spacious neck, this is an heirloom instrument made for a lifetime of musical endeavours.
