The iconic small body acoustic "808" from Maton. Featuring solid Blackwood back and sides with a AA Solid Spruce top. The combination of a solid Sitka Spruce top with solid Australian Blackwood is superb. The Blackwood delivers warmth and breadth in the lows and low mids but still maintains beautiful definition and projection. Combine this with the resonance of a solid spruce top and you have a guitar that is voiced perfectly for acoustic or live performance. Tonally balanced and incredibly responsive, the EBG808 is the perfect performer's guitar.
This model is finished in traditional satin lacquer in a one-off 'Dark Stain' finish, which has a deeper, duskier look than the standard model. Maton's AP5 Pro Pickup System is included for an amazingly natural plugged-in tone that works in all live applications. Designed for the gigging guitarist, the low end is controllable and workable whilst mids and top-end cut through the mix with ease. Come complete with a Maton hard case.

Occasionally due to issues with delivering to remote or unusual destinations, we aren't able to offer free postage. We reserve the right to retract the offer if freight costs exceed 15% of your purchase. We will always notify you if there is an issue and offer a full refund or arrange alternative delivery options.
All strings and accessories will be shipped with tracking via courier or Australia Post. Other items including guitars and amplification equipment will be shipped using our courier service providers, with a tracking number and signature on delivery.
