Available at Acoustic Centre Melbourne

Introducing the Manuel Rodriguez Magistral D-C 'Cedar / Mahogany' Classical Guitar, a masterpiece of craftsmanship and musical excellence. Handcrafted with precision and passion, this guitar embodies the rich heritage and superior quality that define Manuel Rodriguez instruments.

The Magistral D-C delivers a rich and resonant tone with exceptional clarity and warmth, featuring a solid cedar top paired with solid mahogany back and sides. Its 4/4 size, 650mm scale length, and 52mm nut width ensure a comfortable playing experience suitable for discerning musicians.

The real cedro neck with ebony reinforcement boasts a flatter D-profile for enhanced playability and comfort, while the ebony fingerboard and Indian rosewood bridge contribute to its luxurious appearance and impeccable performance. The genuine Spanish heel and headstock insert add to the guitar's authentic craftsmanship and heritage.

Equipped with vintage (unbleached) bone nut and bridge inlay, as well as a new 12-hole “Moreno” rosewood bridge with compensation, the Magistral D-C offers precise intonation and excellent sustain across the fretboard. The inclusion of a factory-fitted GEWA armrest enhances playing comfort and reduces fatigue during extended playing sessions.

With its wooden soundhole mosaic, real wood body binding, and multi-part top purfling, the Magistral D-C exudes elegance and sophistication. The gold-plated machine head with lyra, black buttons, and shafts adds a touch of luxury to its classic design.

Finished with a special lacquer treatment, including a top shellac satin-matt finish and environmentally-friendly polyurethane lacquer finish on the back and sides, the Magistral D-C showcases its exquisite craftsmanship and attention to detail.
