Every guitar and amplifier is carefully packed, insured, and set up before it ships. A signature is required on delivery for all instruments, amplifiers, and large items.

Our in-house technicians handle everything from full setups and fret work to structural repairs, electronics, and hardware - on guitars of any brand, not just ones bought from us.
