How long does servicing take?
Most standard setups and minor repairs are completed within 3–5 business days. More extensive work may take longer — we’ll advise you when you book.
Do I need an appointment?
Appointments help us prioritise your guitar, but walk-ins are welcome when workshop capacity allows.
Can you work on instruments other than acoustics?
Yes — our technicians work on a wide range of stringed instruments. If you’re unsure, just ask.
