Introducing the Gretsch G5420T Electromatic Classic Hollowbody Single-cut Electric Guitar in captivating Two-Tone Anniversary Green, a stunning instrument that combines vintage aesthetics with modern features to deliver decades of delectable Gretsch tone.
At the heart of the G5420T Electromatic are the vintage-voiced FT-5E Filter'Tron humbucking pickups, renowned for their bright and open sound with jangly highs and single-coil-like bite. These pickups capture the essence of '50s-era archtop guitar tone, making them perfect for a wide range of genres from rockabilly and country to blues and classic rock.
Equipped with an Adjusto-matic bridge and a Bigsby B60 vibrato, the G5420T Electromatic offers subtle pitch modulation and smooth vibrato action, allowing you to add expressive flair to your playing effortlessly. The master volume control features a treble-bleed circuit for chimey highs at all volumes, ensuring that you can dial in legendary Gretsch tones with precision.
With a 3-way pickup switch and four controls for versatile tone shaping, including volume controls for each pickup and a master tone control, the G5420T Electromatic offers exceptional flexibility and control over your sound. Whether you're seeking warm, vintage-inspired tones or bright, cutting-edge sounds, this guitar delivers with finesse.
Furthermore, Gretsch introduces redesigned trestle-block bracing, enhancing sustain, resonance, and attack while minimizing feedback. This innovative bracing design ensures a quick, snappy response and greater overall performance, making the G5420T Electromatic a joy to play in any musical setting.
With its striking Two-Tone Anniversary Green finish and impeccable craftsmanship, the Gretsch G5420T Electromatic Classic Hollowbody Single-cut Electric Guitar is a true standout in both tone and appearance. Whether you're a seasoned professional or a discerning enthusiast, this guitar is sure to inspire your creativity and elevate your playing to new heights.
