The National Reso-Phonic Resolectric 'Sunburst' Resonator Electric Guitar is a unique and versatile instrument that combines the distinct resonator sound with modern electric guitar features. This Resolectric model, known as the "Revolver Resonator," has evolved over its 19-year production history to offer exceptional tone and playability.

The Resolectric features a sophisticated pickup system that combines both magnetic and piezoelectric pickups, resulting in a versatile range of tonal possibilities. An audiophile-quality Highlander preamp is used to blend the outputs of these pickups. The neck position is fitted with a Jason Lollar P-90 pickup, providing classic single-coil electric guitar tones. Additionally, a Highlander piezo transducer is placed under the saddle to capture the distinctive resonator sound. Independent volume knobs for each pickup allow precise control over their individual outputs, while a master volume knob regulates the overall output level. A 3-way toggle switch lets you select which pickups are active, providing flexible tonal options.

The Resolectric boasts a solid African mahogany body, offering warm and resonant tonal characteristics. This body is crowned with an African mahogany top, which is elegantly bound in pearloid for a refined look. The neck, crafted from Honduras mahogany, joins the body at the 14th fret and features an ebony fretboard adorned with diamond inlays. This design ensures comfortable playability and easy access to higher frets.

Included with the National Reso-Phonic Resolectric 'Sunburst' Resonator Electric Guitar is a National hard case, ensuring protection during transport and storage.
