Parlor Guitars

The parlor guitar is one of the oldest acoustic body shapes, prized today for its compact size, comfortable playing position and focused, midrange-forward tone that suits fingerstyle, blues and singer-songwriter playing. Acoustic Centre stocks parlor guitars from Gretsch, Alvarez, Fender, Cole Clark and Australian luthier David Worthy, spanning affordable laminate models through to premium all-solid instruments.

A parlor guitar is also a great choice for smaller players or anyone who finds a full-size dreadnought cumbersome. Our Melbourne guitar shop team can help you find the right parlor guitar for your playing style and budget.
