Simply contact Studio19’s service team on 1300 889 560. They’ll arrange a courier to collect the rental for a nominal fee.
Your rental instrument is valuable. Unless you’ve chosen the optional protection plan (where available), you should consider insurance. Some customers may be covered under household contents insurance — please check with your insurer.
Yes. Although your agreement is a rental contract, you can make an offer to buy at any time. As a general guide, Studio19 provides indicative purchase values over time which reflect fair market value.
Payment is made as a one-off amount by credit card, direct deposit, or cheque (subject to approval).
There’s no hidden fine print. If the product isn’t right for you, simply arrange a return after the minimum rental period. No fuss.
Applications are welcome from anyone over 18 years of age, including students, part-time workers and seniors. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian will need to apply on your behalf.
Visit The Acoustic Centre and apply online in-store with our team. The application typically takes around 10 minutes.
Approval is usually completed within 30 minutes. In some cases, additional information may be required.
Minimum rental periods vary by instrument. If the item is returned early, the remaining rental charges for that period apply. After the minimum period, you’re free to continue renting, return the item, or upgrade.
No — there is no bond required.
The first payment covers the first month’s rental, handling, and account set-up.
Payments are debited monthly from your nominated bank account via direct debit, or from a Visa or Mastercard. If the debit date falls on a weekend or public holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.

Studio19 covers maintenance and repairs resulting from normal use at no cost to you (excluding consumables). If required, the rental may be repaired or replaced.
