Eastman SB59-RB 'Redburst' Electric Guitar

Discover the Eastman SB59-RB 'Redburst' Electric Guitar, a premium interpretation of the iconic '59 LP design that combines classic aesthetics with outstanding performance. Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, the SB59 showcases a Mahogany body and neck, topped with Flame Maple and adorned with an Ebony fingerboard. The result is an instrument that not only looks stunning but also delivers the timeless tones that have defined generations.

Equipped with two Seymour Duncan Classic 59 humbuckers, the SB59 captures the essence of vintage LP tones, producing smooth and rich sounds that resonate with warmth and clarity. The guitar's natural resonance, courtesy of the heavy Mahogany body, further enhances the unmistakable character of these pickups. The SB59's control pots exhibit remarkable sensitivity, allowing you to explore a wide range of tonal possibilities by adjusting your playing dynamics and attack.

What truly sets the SB59 apart is its exceptional build quality. With a slimmer neck profile than traditional "baseball bat" shapes, enhanced playability is at your fingertips. The Gotoh 90D tuners, coupled with a standard tune-o-matic bridge/stop bar tailpiece, contribute to impeccable tuning stability and overall performance. Straight out of the box, the SB59 impresses with its superb action and flawless tuning, reflecting the meticulous craftsmanship that defines Eastman guitars.

In terms of reliability and durability, the SB59 excels on all fronts. Its playability, action, and tuning stability make it a dependable choice for live performances, while the vintage nitrocellulose finish offers both aesthetic appeal and robust protection. Whether in the studio or on the stage, the SB59 is primed to deliver its classic rock and blues-inspired tones with unwavering consistency.

Eastman's SB59 sets itself apart as an alternative that addresses some of the challenges faced by other models in its class. With a slimmer neck, Seymour Duncan pickups, and a dedication to quality craftsmanship, it successfully marries classic aesthetics with modern improvements. Indulge in the iconic tones of the past, reimagined for the present, with the Eastman SB59-RB 'Redburst' Electric Guitar.

    Eastman SB59-RB

I have owned 2 previous Eastman guitars - a gold top and the 486ā€¦both great guitars and the only reason I moved them on was to buy a very expensive Custom Shop Telecaster. The Eastman I just received is even better in build quality. I actually took a magnifying glass and tried to find any defects - without success. It is excellent in this regard and the fret work is also excellent. This fact, combined with the ā€™59 pickups makes this guitar on par, if not better, than a Gibson Standard Les Paul for a lot less money. I have owned both a 2013 Standard Les Paul and a 2007 Gibson R0ā€¦ā€¦and while the R0 is in a different league and price point, sound wise and playability is similar to the Eastman. Although my favourite guitar is the Telecaster, I submit that anyone who likes the Gibson Les Paul sound and style should try out the Eastman and the Gibson and try and spot the difference - I couldnā€™t find it myself but I am only an intermediate guitar player, but on my amp, a Deluxe Reverb 65 reissue, the Eastman is brilliant. I fully support Eastman - seriously, the build quality is unreal.
