Boveda’s patented 2-way humidity control prevents cracking, warping, and tone degradation by adding or absorbing moisture as needed.
This starter kit includes one Boveda humidity control packet and one leakproof holder, which acts as a soft barrier to protect your instrument and extend packet life. Simply insert the unwrapped packet into the holder and place it anywhere in the case that allows airflow—under the neck, on the strings, or in an open compartment. Acoustic Centre offers free shipping on all new items to most locations within Australia on all orders over $99, excluding Western Australia, Northern Territory and Far North Queensland. Used items have a flat rate shipping fee of $59 within our usual shipping locations. We also offer competitive Express shipping options at checkout.
Customers located in Western Australia, Northern Territory and Far North Queensland recieve free shipping on all accessory orders over $99, but will incur a flat rate instrument or large item shipping charge of $179 (or $299 for Express shipping).
Used instruments fall outside of our usual shipping policy, and shipping to most addresses will be $69 - $99, as shown at checkout.
Occasionally due to issues with delivering to remote or unusual destinations, we aren't able to offer free postage. We reserve the right to retract the offer if freight costs exceed 15% of your purchase. We will always notify you if there is an issue and offer a full refund or arrange alternative delivery options.
All strings and accessories will be shipped with tracking via courier or Australia Post. Other items including guitars and amplification equipment will be shipped using our courier service providers, with a tracking number and signature on delivery.

Service was first rate, all of my questions were answered promptly which made me purchase 3 large instrument starter kits and one small for my parlour guitar. So far this product hasn’t worked my readings are 60-65% not 49% as stated on the pack. I even calibrated my Govee hygrometers (kept in the guitar cases) with Bóveda’s calibration kit. Now my readings are towards 70% with the boveda packs in the case with the guitars. Not happy and will not continue using this product.
