Acoustic Centre offers free shipping on all new items to most locations within Australia on all orders over $99, excluding Western Australia, Northern Territory and Far North Queensland. Used items have a flat rate shipping fee of $59 within our usual shipping locations. We also offer competitive Express shipping options at checkout.

Customers located in Western Australia, Northern Territory and Far North Queensland recieve free shipping on all accessory orders over $99, but will incur a flat rate instrument or large item shipping charge of $179 (or $299 for Express shipping).

Used instruments fall outside of our usual shipping policy, and shipping to most addresses will be $69 - $99, as shown at checkout.

Occasionally due to issues with delivering to remote or unusual destinations, we aren't able to offer free postage. We reserve the right to retract the offer if freight costs exceed 15% of your purchase. We will always notify you if there is an issue and offer a full refund or arrange alternative delivery options.

All strings and accessories will be shipped with tracking via courier or Australia Post. Other items including guitars and amplification equipment will be shipped using our courier service providers, with a tracking number and signature on delivery.

The Acoustic Centre ships goods Australia-wide, however at this time we are unable to accept international orders.

    Acoustic Centre is great

    Being interstate and needing to buy musical gear Acoustic Centre is always my first port of call… fast, efficient, helpful, friendly and great advice for a bit of a beginner. Unfortunately Taylor gear, like so much from the USA, is expensive! It’s beautiful, high quality… but expensive. Maybe things will change if the exchange rate improves.

    A tin of my own really lovely quality

    I debated over buying this for ages, but it's totally worth it. The tin is very nicely presented and arrived well packed to prevent any damage. It has a protective leather cover strip inside and a lovely variety collection of different style and thickness picks to work with. Now I have a place to keep my picks to prevent me from losing them and having to beg and borrow from my teachers! It's a lovely small size, just right for inside a hard case or in the pocket of a soft case and will hold plenty of picks! The acoustic centre team were very helpful when my parcel went rogue through Australia Post. They kept me regularly updated and notified when my parcel was on the move every time it got closer to me. I'm very happy with my purchase and the team service thank you.
