Martin 00-28MD Modern Deluxe Acoustic Guitar

Available at Acoustic Centre Melbourne

The Martin 00-28MD Modern Deluxe Acoustic Guitar epitomizes the marriage of vintage craftsmanship and contemporary innovation, redefining what a premium acoustic guitar can deliver. Crafted with a 12-fret design, this guitar showcases Martin's heritage with a Sitka spruce Vintage Tone System (VTS) top and traditional dovetail neck joint, meticulously assembled with natural protein glue for optimal resonance and sustain.

Aesthetically, the 00-28MD Modern Deluxe is a standout, featuring European flamed maple binding, elegant gold frets, and a stunning 1930s style script logo inlaid in pearl on the headstock. These details elevate it above Martin's standard production guitars, reflecting its exceptional quality and craftsmanship.

Innovative enhancements include Liquidmetal® bridge pins for enhanced tonal clarity and a composite carbon fiber bridgeplate that enhances volume and sustain. The neck, designed with a slightly asymmetrical shape, ensures unparalleled comfort and effortless playability across the entire fretboard, catering to the needs of discerning musicians seeking superior tone and performance.

For those who appreciate the rich history and unparalleled quality of Martin guitars, the 00-28MD Modern Deluxe stands as a testament to Martin's commitment to acoustic excellence, delivering a harmonious blend of vintage aesthetics and modern engineering for a truly exceptional playing experience.

If an instrument is a one-of-a-kind or preowned guitar, the picture will always be of the actual guitar in stock, but production models may have slight variations to the picture shown.

If you're after a particular look, feel free to email us at or send us a message through our chat service to request photos of the actual guitar in stock. We are more than happy to send through pictures of all in-stock guitars, to make your choice easier.

Please note that returns will not be accepted for variations in timber grain /  colouring, finish variations and parts colouring, unless there is a fault with the instrument.
