Taylor 914ce Builder’s Edition 'Sinker Redwood / Honduran Rosewood' Acoustic Electric Guitar

Indulge in the exquisite craftsmanship of the Taylor 914ce Builder’s Edition 'Sinker Redwood / Honduran Rosewood' Acoustic Electric Guitar, a masterpiece designed to captivate both the eyes and ears of discerning musicians. Crafted with precision and care, this grand auditorium guitar boasts a body made of solid Honduran rosewood, renowned for its density and hardness, which translates into a rich, harmonious texture with warm tones and piano-like high notes.

The top of this guitar features carefully selected sinker redwood, sourced from the trunks of ancient trees sunken in Northern California riverbeds. Redwood offers warmth and touch sensitivity akin to cedar but with increased volume and expanded dynamic range. Enhanced by internal V-Class bracing, the guitar delivers high-fidelity sound with rich harmonics and impeccable pitch accuracy.

Comfort is paramount in the Builder's Edition 914ce, with chamfered armrests, cutaway chamfered body edges, and a smoothly curved wing bridge, providing a seamless playing experience. Adorned with luxurious Hawaiian Koa inlays, Paua Edge trim, Ebony backstrap, antique gold Gotoh 510 tuners, Belle Fleur inlays in Paua and Mother of Pearl, and a stunning Kona edgeburst on the back and sides, this guitar is a visual masterpiece finished in gloss.
