Cort SFX-DAO Acoustic Electric Guitar

The Cort SFX-DAO Acoustic Electric Guitar stands as a modern interpretation of the acoustic-electric guitar, combining innovation with classic design elements.

Slim Body Design: Cort's SFX Series introduces a slim body shape (83*83mm) with a cutaway, enhancing playability and speed. The guitar features a modern V-shape neck profile, arched back for improved resonance, jumbo frets, and high-quality electronics. These elements come together to provide an instrument that's both comfortable to play and rich in sound.

All Dao Model: This particular model is crafted entirely from Dao wood, including the top, back, and sides. Dao wood is known for its density, resulting in strong high-mids, punchy low-mids, and deep bass tones. This wood choice contributes to the guitar's overall tonal character.

Slim Body Depth: The guitar boasts a slim body depth of 83*83mm, making it a modern, player-friendly concept. This design prioritizes comfort and ease of playability, ensuring that the guitar feels great in your hands.

CE304T Preamp: The Cort CE304T preamp system is a notable feature, offering a 3-band EQ for tonal flexibility and a built-in LED tuner for convenience. This high-value EQ system delivers a rich midrange with clear, transparent highs, allowing you to shape your sound precisely.

Coated Strings: The guitar comes equipped with high-quality coated strings that resist humidity, dirt, and sweat. These coated strings not only contribute to a long string life but also improve playability, making your playing experience smoother.

The Cort SFX-DAO Acoustic Electric Guitar combines modern innovations with classic craftsmanship, resulting in an instrument that's versatile, comfortable, and ready to inspire your musical journey. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned player, this guitar offers a superb playing experience and a rich tonal palette.

We endeavour to show the actual instrument in stock whenever possible, but the guitar in stock may differ slightly from the one shown on our website. Materials used can look different from guitar to guitar, including timber grain and colour, parts colours and finishing. If an instrument is a one-of-a-kind or preowned guitar, the picture will always be of the actual guitar in stock, but production models may have slight variations to the picture shown.

If you're after a particular look, feel free to email us at or send us a message through our chat service to request photos of the actual guitar in stock. We are more than happy to send through pictures of all in-stock guitars, to make your choice easier.

Please note that returns will not be accepted for variations in timber grain /  colouring, finish variations and parts colouring, unless there is a fault with the instrument. If you have any questions at all regarding an instrument's appearance, just drop us a line - we're always happy to send photos, and if we have more than one instrument in stock you'll be able to choose the exact guitar that you receive!
