Introducing the Furch Vintage 2 OM-SR 'AAA Sitka Spruce / Indian Rosewood' Acoustic Electric Guitar, a remarkable instrument that combines vintage aesthetics with modern construction technologies.
The Vintage 2 is protected by a Vintage Hand-Brushed Finish, which not only provides the benefits of UV coating but also gives the guitar a pleasing patina reminiscent of traditional instruments. This hand buffing process adds to the vintage appeal of the guitar, creating a beautiful aged look. The design is further enhanced by a green abalone rosette and faux ivory binding, contributing to the instrument's classic appearance.
The Vintage 2 features a solid-wood construction, combining a Sitka spruce soundboard and Indian rosewood back and sides. This combination of tonewoods produces a rich balanced sound with a dynamic range. The tonal properties of the instrument are further optimized through the individual tuning of the soundboard using Furch's voicing process. As a result, the Vintage 2 exhibits a crystalline clear, harmonically rich, well-balanced, and highly dynamic sound across the entire tonal spectrum.
For flawless and highly-adjustable plugged-in tone, the Vintage 2 is equipped with a high-end LR Baggs EAS-VTC pickup system. This pickup system ensures that the guitar's acoustic qualities are accurately translated when amplified, allowing for precise control over your sound.
With its Vintage Hand-Brushed Finish, premium tonewoods, exquisite design details, and exceptional sound, the Furch Vintage 2 OM-SR Acoustic Electric Guitar is a testament to the harmonious combination of vintage aesthetics and modern craftsmanship. Whether you're playing on stage or in the studio, this guitar is sure to captivate both visually and sonically.
