I viewed the guitar online, loved the look and was exactly what i was after, i then was contacted by the Acoustic Centre to say there was a slight blemish, and giving me options for an alternative guitar, but also that Maton would tidy up the finish to hopefully remove the blemish. Maton did an amazing job and you would not know there was a mark (likely just the grain of the wood). So received the guitar and exceedingly happy! 100% recommend.

Resolved the shipping issue which Fedex by refunding me the costs straight away after letting him know That delivery driver decided i was not home and did not even attempt to knock on the door. I had to report to Fedex management issue and they are still investigating. I end up collecting from Fedex myself from the depo. Ryan thank you very much and i got extra a gig bag. Much appreciated. Now the EBW 808 is beautiful on the sight and on the sound. I am so impressed. Wood blackwood makes a difference and gives this deep nicer sound across all bass, middle and high Rich overtone. It is the wood that makes a difference. Blackwood is haevier than maple. Instrument looks and sounds amazing. I had EBG 808 Michael Fix and i can tell the difference. I highly recommend EBW808C blackwood and Accoustic centre. All kudos to Ryan.
