The Maton RM-DNC Redwood Series Dreadnought is a bold addition to Maton's Australian-made range. Built with a sustainably sourced redwood top from Victoria's Otway Ranges and Tasmanian myrtle back and sides, it captures a tonal balance that blends warmth, shimmer and clarity; the redwood offers the rich overtones and responsiveness of cedar with added brightness and dynamic range, while the myrtle enhances midrange focus and sustain.

Designed for the modern performer, the RM-DNC features Maton's AP5 PRO pickup system for natural amplified tone, alongside the familiar comfort of a dreadnought body with a smooth cutaway for upper-fret access. From the Queensland maple neck and streaky ebony fingerboard to the hand-scalloped X bracing, every detail reflects Maton's commitment to craftsmanship and sustainable timber use. Ideal for the professional player after an expressive, dependable dreadnought that rewards confident playing.
