Resonator Guitars

A resonator guitar uses one or more spun metal cones inside the body to project sound acoustically, giving it the distinctive metallic, biting tone heard in blues, bluegrass and country slide playing. Acoustic Centre stocks resonator guitars from National Reso-Phonic, Regal and Bourbon Street, in both squareneck and round neck configurations.

Whether you're after a biscuit-cone single resonator for slide work or a tricone for a warmer, more complex voice, our Melbourne guitar shop team can talk you through the differences.
