The Taylor 814ce Builder's Edition elevates one of Taylor's most celebrated models into an ultra-refined instrument for serious players. A Grand Auditorium body with the classic pairing of Indian rosewood and Adirondack spruce is built for tonal clarity, dynamic range and long sustain, with a carefully book-matched four-piece Adirondack spruce top adding power and tonal depth.

Builder's Edition upgrades take comfort and aesthetics further still, with a bevelled mahogany armrest, contoured cutaway and a custom Curve Wing bridge, while modified V-Class bracing refines the top's response for a more nuanced, musical output. Premium Gotoh 510 tuners in antique gold and ES2 electronics make this guitar ideal for recording, performance and songwriting, sounding just as inspiring plugged in as it does acoustically.
