The Eastman MD605-SB is a premium A-style mandolin finished in a classic Sunburst that offers exceptional craftsmanship, tonal depth and built-in versatility. Hand-carved using traditional techniques from a solid spruce top and flamed maple back and sides, it delivers the rich, woody sound and vintage aesthetic Eastman is known for, with excellent projection and clarity for folk, bluegrass and acoustic ensemble playing.

Finished in vintage-correct nitrocellulose lacquer, the MD605-SB pairs timeless visual appeal with genuine tonal responsiveness. An ebony fingerboard and fitted adjustable ebony bridge ensure smooth playability and spot-on intonation, while the factory-fitted K&K Mandolin Twin pickup makes it stage-ready straight out of the case with natural amplified tone. This mandolin is ideal for players who want reliable, refined sound whether recording, performing or playing solo.
