The Alvarez AEG70CE Artist Elite Grand Auditorium Acoustic Electric Guitar is a beautifully responsive instrument delivering glistening trebles and a robust, clear bass response, suitable for various styles of music. Its understated elegance is evident in the striking contrast between the natural AA Sitka top and dark Indian rosewood back and sides. The guitar features a bevel armrest made from Rosewood, adding sophistication to its aesthetic.
LR Baggs StagePro Bronze Pickup: Equipped with the LR Baggs StagePro Bronze pickup system, the AEG70CE delivers pristine amplified sound. The StagePro Bronze is a compact side-mounted EQ with the renowned LR Baggs Element under-saddle pickup. It features volume, bass, and treble controls, phase switch, and a large backlit tuner. The battery box is conveniently built into the end pin jack compartment for easy access.
About Artist Elite Series: The Alvarez Artist Elite series comprises solid-top guitars with custom style vibes, crafted from premium materials and appointments. Exotic woods, bevel armrests, and wood bindings give these guitars a rich aesthetic, enhanced by a flawless gloss finish for increased response.
Superior Build Quality: Alvarez's approach to guitar construction involves meticulous attention to detail. All solid tops are carefully selected and graded independently, ensuring only the highest quality materials are used. The laminated backs and sides feature Mahogany as the middle layer, providing strength and vibration conducive to crafting a resonant voice.
Advanced Tonal Response (ATR): Alvarez employs a unique curing process called ATR (Advanced Tonal Response) to enhance wood stability, strength, and tonal benefits. This process involves an extra drying stage in thermo-kilns to remove moisture and volatile substances from the wood, resulting in improved resonance and stability. ATR accelerates the natural aging process of the wood, delivering a sophisticated and complex voicing from day one.
The Alvarez AEG70CE Artist Elite Grand Auditorium Acoustic Electric Guitar offers exceptional playability, amplified performance, and superior craftsmanship, making it an ideal choice for discerning musicians seeking a versatile and high-quality instrument.
