The Alvarez LP70e sits at the top of the Laureate series, bringing a genuinely hand-crafted approach to a parlor body that draws its aesthetic from guitars of the late 1800s to 1930s. The AAAA solid North American Sitka spruce top is paired with solid East Indian rosewood back and sides, a combination that delivers a focused, articulate voice with rich overtones and excellent projection for a smaller body. Hand-sanded FS6 forward-shifted bracing, cut from quartersawn Sitka spruce, is precision-fitted to keep the top responsive and dynamic across the full range.

Every appointment has been chosen with care: ebony bridge, fingerboard, headstock plate, and bridge pins provide superior note separation and clarity, while premium abalone inlays and a bone nut and saddle add refinement that punches well above the price bracket. The LR Baggs HiFi pickup system translates the guitar's natural acoustic voice faithfully through a PA, making the LP70e equally at home on stage as it is in a recording session or intimate setting. An ideal choice for fingerstyle players, singer-songwriters, and collectors who want a boutique-level parlor guitar with genuine tonewoods and world-class electronics.
