The Alvarez RD26CE Acoustic Electric Guitar is a dreadnought built for players who want dependable tone and performance without a big outlay. Part of the Alvarez Regent Series, it pairs a spruce top with mahogany back and sides for a warm, full-bodied sound with bright, responsive highs and solid low-end presence, while scalloped X bracing adds resonance and projection and the cutaway body keeps the upper frets within easy reach.
A slightly slimmer neck profile and nut width make the RD26CE comfortable for developing hands, and Techwood is used for the bridge and fingerboard with PPS synthetic bone components for enhanced sustain and tonal clarity. The SYS250 EQ and pickup system adds onboard tone control and a built-in tuner, ivory ABS binding and chrome die-cast tuners round out the classic look, and a padded gig bag is included, making this guitar ideal for beginners and developing musicians who want a reliable stage-and-studio-ready instrument.
