Boveda Humidity Case Seasoning Kit - Set of 4 Packets

The Boveda Humidity Case Seasoning Kit is the essential first step in protecting a wooden instrument long-term. Designed to prepare the interior of a hard case for ongoing humidity control, this set of four 49% RH packets gently and effectively humidifies the case's wood before the instrument is stored, preventing it from drawing moisture away from the instrument itself.

Most wooden cases contain more wood than the instrument they hold, so without proper seasoning, standard humidity packets deplete quickly. It's ideal for use before installing a standard Boveda Starter Kit, creating a balanced humidity environment that protects guitars, violins, cellos, and other wood instruments from warping, cracking, or tonal degradation, with Boveda's patented two-way humidity control requiring zero maintenance.
