BlueChip picks are handcrafted in Franklin, Tennessee, from a high-grade, self-lubricating composite material formulated for great playing qualities and found nowhere else. Many of the world's top players have dropped their other picks for a BlueChip, with plenty calling them among the best guitar, mandolin, and thumb picks in the world thanks to their tone, speed, and fast, self-lubricating feel.

The CT55 is a pick custom designed by Chris Thile for his own personal use, similar in size and shape to the TAD line of picks. It is manufactured only in 55/1000 of an inch (1.4mm) thickness with a custom bevel cut to his specifications, making it ideal for players who want the exact pick Chris Thile is currently using.
