The Collings LC Deluxe Archtop electric guitar is without a doubt one of the most dazzling and skillfully crafted Jazz guitars you will ever pick up. Another brilliant design from Bill Collings, this 16" maple laminate body produces some of the most vibrant, warm and full body tones you could ever imagine. With fully-hollow laminate construction,and an archtop-style floating tailipiece and bridge, the Eastside LC archtop has been designed with vintage tone in mind for the professional jazz player. The Eastside LC Deluxe features a bound neck and peghead along with custom ebony "top-hat" knobs. Beautifully finished in the gorgeous upgraded full body sunburst that will show off the spectacular figured maple and capped off with a full sounding Lollar Charlie Christian single coil pickup this is one Jazz box you will surely love for a very long time.
This is a truly awe-inspiring archtop guitar - it feels simply perfect! Playability is excellent, with a flawless setup and a comfortable, maneuverable neck - and surprisingly, a short scale length, making those tall jazz chords just a bit easier to land. The single Lollar Charlie Christian neck pickup is elegant and clean, and highs roll off very nicely with the tone knob, not sapping the guitar of any of its presence. It's in superb condition, being a single-owner guitar since new. There's is the barest minimum of playwear, and (if we're being picky!) a small barely-perceptible impression on the back of the headstock from a clip-on tuner. Includes original hardshell case, and a Lollar Imperial Humbucker in the case, should you want a more modern tone!
