Manuel Rodríguez Superior A-S 'Spruce / Bubinga' Classical Guitar

Available at Acoustic Centre Melbourne

Immerse yourself in the unparalleled beauty and exquisite sound of the Manuel Rodriguez Superior C-C 'Spruce / Bubinga' Classical Guitar from the esteemed Superior series. These guitars are renowned for their stunning aesthetics, featuring exceptionally attractive figured body woods, all crafted with the original Spanish neck base.

Handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail since 1905, Manuel Rodriguez guitars represent a legacy of excellence and tradition. Luthier Manuel Rodríguez III, influenced by his upbringing in California and Spain, infuses his classical guitars with a cosmopolitan blend of tradition and modernity, resulting in instruments of unparalleled quality and artistry.

The Superior C-C boasts a top crafted from solid cedar, renowned for its warm and rich tonal qualities, while the back and sides feature Indian rosewood, adding depth and resonance to the instrument's sound. The mahogany neck with a real Spanish neck base provides stability and durability, ensuring a comfortable playing experience for years to come.

With a fretboard made of ebony and 19 frets, the Superior C-C offers smooth playability and precise intonation across the entire range of the instrument. The handmade nut, crafted from oiled vintage bones, enhances the guitar's resonance and sustain, while the 52mm nut width and 650mm scale length provide a comfortable feel and optimal string spacing.

Completing the instrument is a rosewood bridge and an armrest, both contributing to the guitar's overall playability and comfort. Finished in a water-based eco-lacquer high gloss, the Superior C-C exudes sophistication and elegance, making it a true masterpiece of European craftsmanship.

Experience the unmatched beauty and sonic excellence of the Manuel Rodriguez Superior C-C 'Spruce / Bubinga' Classical Guitar—a testament to the timeless artistry and tradition of classical guitar making.
