Cordoba C7CE Classical Guitar

The Cordoba C7 CE is a beautifully appointed classical acoustic-electric that brings together the warmth and responsiveness of a solid Western red cedar top with the rich tonal depth of rosewood back and sides, all housed in a full-size classical body with a comfortable cutaway for upper-fret access. The solid cedar top responds immediately to a light touch, delivering the warm, harmonically rich nylon-string tone that classical and fingerstyle players prize, while the rosewood back and sides contribute depth, projection, and the clear, resonant overtones that make this tonewood pairing a time-honoured choice in classical guitar construction.

The Fishman Presys II onboard electronics provide reliable, natural-sounding amplified performance for live performance and recording, while the traditional Spanish-style fan bracing, mahogany neck, and Indian rosewood fingerboard deliver the comfortable playing feel and consistent tonal response that serious students and advancing players demand. Ideal for classical students at intermediate to advanced grade levels, fingerstyle players who perform in amplified settings, and nylon-string enthusiasts who want a quality solid-top classical acoustic-electric at a sensible price.

Features

• Solid Western red cedar top with rosewood back and sides delivers a warm, immediately responsive classical tone with rich harmonic content and clear, projecting overtones well suited to both classical repertoire and contemporary fingerstyle playing.
• Fishman Presys II pickup system provides natural, reliable amplified performance with onboard EQ and tuner, making the C7 CE a practical and versatile choice for students and performers who need to plug in.
• Traditional Spanish-style fan bracing supports the solid cedar top for an even, balanced response across all registers, a construction method that encourages the top to vibrate freely and develop further with age and play.
• Venetian cutaway provides comfortable upper-fret access, extending the melodic range available to performers and making the C7 CE more versatile than a standard non-cutaway classical guitar.
• Mahogany neck with Indian rosewood fingerboard and a comfortable 52mm nut width delivers a smooth, traditional classical playing feel suitable for a wide range of hand sizes and technique levels.
