The Iris D-WH is the brand's first square-shoulder dreadnought, built in Burlington, Vermont to deliver bold projection, a focused low end, and classic American acoustic character. A Sitka spruce top paired with mahogany back and sides produces a dry, punchy voice that responds beautifully to both flatpicking and strumming, while the longer 25.5" scale length and scalloped Adirondack spruce bracing add headroom, clarity, and definition.
Named after Iris's Chief CNC Wizard, Will Hylton, the D-WH reflects the company's modern-meets-vintage philosophy, with a bolt-on mortise and tenon neck joint for excellent stability and serviceability. An open-pore satin nitrocellulose finish lets the guitar resonate freely, making the D-WH ideal for players who want a powerful, authoritative dreadnought with genuine vintage character and unmistakable Iris personality.
