Duesenberg Gran Majesto 'Vintage Burst' Preowned 2019

The Duesenberg Gran Majesto is a big-body semi-hollow statement instrument that takes the celebrated Duesenberg tonal philosophy and expands it into a larger, more resonant format inspired by the great American archtop tradition. At 51.5 x 41cm with slim 45mm sides and double f-holes, it's a genuinely generous instrument delivering the lively, open, acoustically rich character of a large-body semi-hollow, while an internal sustain block keeps feedback under control and sustain singing at any volume. The laminated spruce top and laminated maple back and sides produce a warm, projecting tone that moves from clean jazz and crisp blues through to driving rock.

A Phonico P-90 Domino at the neck and a Phonico GrandVintage humbucker at the bridge are voiced individually through a four-way rotary switch at the lower cutaway, offering each pickup alone, a full unfiltered combination, and Duesenberg's signature filtered blend where low-end frequencies are trimmed from the humbucker signal for a more defined, articulate voice. Cream body binding, a transparent plexi floating pickguard, Duesenberg Open Z-Tuners and an aluminium stop tailpiece complete a guitar that wears its American big-body archtop heritage with genuine German engineering precision, ideal for players moving between jazz, blues and rock tones on a single instrument. This 2019-built example is in fantastic condition with almost zero playwear, complete with its original hardshell case.
