The Eastman MD304 is the most affordable oval-hole mandolin in the Eastman range, offering genuine value without compromising on tone or craftsmanship. Built with a hand-carved solid spruce top and solid maple back and sides, this A-style mandolin produces warm, woody tones with enhanced projection thanks to its traditional oval soundhole.

Finished in a vintage-inspired satin nitrocellulose lacquer, the MD304 pairs classic aesthetics with genuinely playable feel courtesy of its ebony fingerboard, bone nut and adjustable bridge. Ivoroid binding and a diamond-pattern rosette add a refined touch, and the whole package is ideal for folk, classical and Celtic players after a brilliant entry point into handcrafted mandolins, complete with a padded Eastman gig bag.
