Eastman MD604 A Style Mandolin

The Eastman MD604 brings the signature Eastman mandolin sound and look to the stage in an acoustic-electric A-style package with a traditional oval soundhole. Hand-carved solid tonewoods deliver impressive clarity and projection acoustically, with a solid spruce top and solid maple back and sides forming the tonal foundation.

A K&K Duotone pickup makes amplification easy without compromising the natural acoustic voice, while an ebony fingerboard, adjustable compensated ebony bridge and bone nut give smooth playability and precise intonation. Ideal for gigging bluegrass and acoustic players who prefer the warmer, rounder voice of an oval-hole mandolin, it is finished with ivoroid binding and pearl dot inlays for classic Eastman styling.
