The Atkin Essential OOO delivers unmistakable Atkin tone in its purest, most stripped-back form. Built with the same attention to detail as Atkin’s higher-tier models, this mid-sized OOO is designed for players who value tone, feel, and vintage character above all else. With a baked North American Sitka spruce top and pre-war scalloped bracing, the Essential OOO offers exceptional responsiveness, warmth, and clarity straight out of the case.

Mahogany back and sides provide a focused, woody midrange, while the lightweight mahogany neck and ebony fingerboard contribute to a smooth, articulate playing experience reminiscent of some of the finest pre-war acoustics. A wider 1 3/4" nut makes this model especially appealing to fingerstyle players, and the aged nitrocellulose finish enhances both resonance and vintage-inspired aesthetics. Finished with a lightly aged finish, the Essential OOO is a beautifully honest instrument built for expressive, musical playing.
