Eastman's dedication to creating finely crafted mandolins is evident in the MD315-SB. This mandolin features a hand-carved solid Spruce top paired with solid flamed Maple back and sides, which contribute to its balanced and refined tone. The Ebony fretboard and compensated bridge, along with a genuine bone nut, ensure exceptional playability and tone. The satin Nitrocellulose finish not only enhances the instrument's appearance but also allows it to resonate and breathe naturally. The ivoroid binding adds a touch of elegance to the overall design.
