Fenech 'Delta Blues' D78 Cutaway Acoustic Electric Guitar

Available at Acoustic Centre Melbourne

Introducing the Fenech Delta Blues D78 Cutaway, a guitar that captures the essence and character of the earliest styles of Blues, known as "The Delta Blues." This guitar is part of Fenech's series that focuses on the tone, feel, and spirit of this iconic genre.

Crafted with sustainably sourced plantation-grown genuine Mahogany, the Delta Blues series showcases the best of what an all-solid construction Mahogany guitar can offer. Each soundboard, back, and bracing is individually optimized by Fenech's expert team of luthiers, ensuring the guitar's tone is finely tuned. The result is a huge, loud, warm, and clear tone with natural compression and impressive sustain.

The Delta Blues series features an ultra-thin nitrocellulose coating with a dark bourbon stain, highlighting the natural open grain of the Mahogany. This thin finish allows the body of the guitar to vibrate freely, enhancing the tonal character of the Mahogany. The dark bourbon stain provides a vintage vibe, and as each piece of Mahogany accepts the stain uniquely, each Delta Blues model has its own original coloration.

The Fenech D78 model is a modern twist on the iconic dreadnought shape, renowned for its low-end power, sweet midrange, and brilliant trebles. The guitar offers exceptional note separation and a well-balanced tone, making it a versatile choice for various playing styles and genres.

With its impressive size and dimensions, the D78 provides a commanding presence. It is a great fit for flat pickers, strummers with a strong attack, and singer-songwriters seeking a bigger and bolder tone. The guitar is suitable for both recording and live performances.

The neck of the D78 has a comfortable scale length of 25.34" and a fingerboard radius of 15". It features premium frets and Gotoh tuners for reliable tuning stability. The nut and saddle are made of Tusq for optimal tone transfer.

Experience the exceptional craftsmanship and vintage-inspired tone of the Fenech Delta Blues D78 Cutaway. Add this guitar to your collection and discover the power and character of the Delta Blues.
