ToneSlabs FS Standard Picks

ToneSlabs picks are built from a proprietary polyamide-imide material, the same class of engineering material used in aerospace applications to replace metallic alloys, developed as a modern alternative to the tortoise shell picks guitarists relied on before the Hawksbill sea turtle became a protected species. Co-founders David Welch and multi-Grammy-nominated artist Frank Solivan spent years refining the material, bevel, and shape to recreate the volume, clarity, and note separation players loved from genuine tortoise shell, without using the material itself.

The FS Standard pairs that same polyamide-imide construction with ToneSlabs' precision-engineered Compound Bevel, giving the pick the fast, low-friction glide of a thin pick with the control and consistency of a thicker one.
