The Gretsch G5420T Electromatic Classic Hollow Body Single-Cut in Two-Tone Anniversary Green pairs vintage aesthetics with dependable modern features for decades of classic Gretsch tone. A pair of vintage-voiced FT-5E Filter'Tron humbucking pickups delivers a bright, open sound with jangly highs and single-coil-like bite, capturing the essence of '50s-era archtop tone across rockabilly, country, blues and classic rock.

An Adjusto-matic bridge and Bigsby B60 vibrato give smooth, expressive pitch modulation, while a treble-bleed circuit on the master volume keeps highs chiming at any volume. Redesigned trestle-block bracing improves sustain, resonance and attack while cutting down on feedback, and with a 3-way pickup switch and four independent tone controls, this G5420T is ideal for players after classic Gretsch character with modern reliability built in.
