At the heart of the G5422G-12 are a pair of FT-5E Filter’Tron™ pickups, producing a bold, full-bodied sound with classic Gretsch sparkle, tight low end and excellent note separation across all twelve strings. A comfortable Classic “C”-shaped maple neck and 12"-radius laurel fingerboard ensure smooth playability, while premium appointments such as pearloid Hump Block inlays, oversized bound F-holes, an Adjusto-Matic bridge and Gretsch G-cutout tailpiece complete the unmistakable vintage aesthetic.
