The mahogany body with carved maple top and 9-hole weight relief delivers the classic Les Paul tonal combination, warm mahogany depth and sustain underpinned by maple's characteristic clarity and articulation, in a body noticeably more comfortable to wear than a standard-weight Les Paul.

The Burstbucker 61R and 61T zebra open-coil pickups are voiced to capture the character of early 1960s PAF-era humbuckers with a little extra punch from the open-coil design, delivering the warm, singing, harmonically rich tone that has defined rock, blues and jazz guitar for six decades. Four push-pull pots open up single-coil-style clarity, out-of-phase shimmer and direct signal bypass alongside the full humbucker voice, ideal for rock, blues and jazz players wanting genuine tonal versatility built in from the factory. This 2022-built guitar is in flawless condition with almost no playwear, a great fast action, and a three-dimensional Honeyburst finish, and includes the original hardshell case.
